The Channel Community Panel and Speed Mentoring Event

Our latest event is an excellent opportunity to listen to experienced industry experts talk about talent retention, attraction and creating an inclusive culture.  Connect with potential mentors and other mentees in a relaxed environment surrounded by knowledge, advice and positivity.

What you can expect from this event...

EXEC PANEL - CREATING A COACHING CULTURE

Size doesn't matter when it comes to creating a coaching culture.  Hear from our exec panel as they discuss and share what they have been doing to build an inclusive culture and how they attract and retain talent.

SPEED MENTORING

Tables will be set up with 2 or 3 mentors arranged in categories of attributes, covering:

• Career Development
• Business Growth
• Imposter Syndrome
• Managing Upwards
• Channel Dynamics

You are free to mingle amongst these tables, gaining an understanding of how a mentor can benefit you and also connections for a potential Channel Buddy.

NETWORKING & AFTER DRINKS CATCH-UP

After the speed mentoring, there will be an opportunity to network with your industry peers.  When have finished at the event, we will be attending a nearby bar to follow on with an informal catch-up this evening.

You can finish conversations started and make deeper connections with our inspiring and enjoyable community.
